About Aultmore
Aultmore is a special place where the emphasis is on privacy and tranquility. We have just one B&B suite so you will be our only house guests during your stay.
Our superb setting makes Aultmore an ideal retreat for honeymooners, artists, writers, fishermen and others whose idea of bliss is comfort, peace and tranquility all enjoyed in privacy.
Set right on the bank of the mighty Waikato River we have a very secluded setting with several acres of gardens which are yours to explore and enjoy during your stay. Our gardens include meandering pathways connecting glades of camelias, woodlands, hidden romantic corners, our riverside gazebo and other shady spots to watch the river slide by and contemplate the world. There are hundreds of acres of River Reserve adjoining our boundaries. Right at the bottom of the garden is safe river swimming and year round fishing.
